Testimonials

Dr. G. Liguori, Dean and Professor
University of Rhode Island
"The topics in this book are the same topics I as a Dean address on a weekly basis, therefore, I will be purchasing this book for all new faculty hires, not only to help them succeed but to reduce some of the ambiguity and uncertainty that
comes with the tenure process.”

Dr. Xuewei C.
Assistant Professor
Oklahoma State University
"During the last year of my doctoral program, I received professional career training from Dr. Lightfoot. I learned how to get prepared for the job market, what to expect during each interview stage, and how/what a successful candidate looks like.
One search committee member told me after my first on-campus interview, ‘Your mentors did a great job on getting you prepared for this interview.”

Dr. H. Vellers, Assistant Professor
University of Oklahoma
Past co-chair NIEHS Post-doctoral Association
"I know without a doubt that I would not be where I am in my career development if it were not for Dr. Lightfoot's advice and guidance from the NIEHS Post-doctoral workshop presentation"
